Terms

Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable. Please be certain of your plans before paying a deposit or prepayment. Your child is not enrolled until a deposit or prepayment is paid.

Full Time Program Deposit: A deposit equal to one week's tuition is required prior to enrollment. This deposit holds a spot for your child until the agreed-upon enrollment date. If your child does not start on that date, the deposit will be used to pay for the week your child was first scheduled to start. We cannot refund your deposit if you decide not to enroll your child, nor can the deposit be used for another enrollment date. Children can be withdrawn at anytime, but a four-week written notice is required for the return of your deposit. Withdrawal and subsequent re-enrollment will necessitate another deposit and registration fee.

Part Time Program and Kindergarten Prepayment: A prepayment equal to one month's tuition is required prior to enrollment. This prepayment holds a spot for your child until preschool or kindergarten starts in September. If your child does not start school, we cannot refund this prepayment under any conditions.

Weekly Fees are due on each Monday. If tuition is not paid by 9:00 AM Tuesday, and there is a balance due, a $5.00 surcharge will be added.

Semi-Monthly Fees are due on the 1st and 15th of each month. If tuition is not paid by 9:00 AM on the school day following the 1st and 15th, and there is a balance due, a $5.00 surcharge will be added.

Monthly Fees are due on the 5th of each month. If tuition is not paid by 9:00 AM on the school day following the 5th, and there is a balance due, a $5.00 surcharge will be added.

Registration Fee (non-refundable)is due before your child's enrollment can be confirmed ($35 preschool daycare; $30.00 preschool and kindergarten).

Suspension and Termination for Late Payment: When fees are two weeks overdue, a child will not be admitted to the center until payment is made. When fees are three weeks overdue, a child's enrollment is terminated due to late payment, the deposit will not be refunded.

Late Pick-Up Penalties: The center is scheduled to close at 5:30 PM. Parents will pay a late fee of $3.00 per quarter hour ($3.00 minimum) to the teacher who stays with your child when you are late. After 3 late pick-up events, a late fee of $1.00 per minute per child will be charged.

Tuition Rates are subject to change. However, one month's written notice will be provided for any change.

Vacations and Illness: Regular tuition fees are paid in full regardless of your child's attendance or the number of days the center is open that month, including closure due to inclement weather.

Withdrawal: When you plan to withdraw your child, please give four weeks written notice to the office. This four week written notice is required for the return of your deposit.
